do88 Performance Intercooler Pressure Pipes – 1.8 / 2.0 TSI (MQB) not DSG

This kit is for you with significant horsepower goals that want to upgrade to the absolute best! Our pressure pipe has considerably better airflow than the stock pipe. This has been verified in several tests, both in car and in our own Super Flow SF-1020 flow bench.

Significant advantages with do88 pressure pipes (OEM pipes):
– Air flow at 0,1bar/1,45psi pressure drop: 364CFM (280CFM), do88 30% higher! See diagram below.
– Designed to handle high pressure and temperatures!
– The pipe has one methanol injection connection (1/8 -27 NPT). The pipe is delivered with blanking plug in this connection.
– Fits all cars in list below!

The pressure pipe is manufactured in 63mm (2,5”;) mandrel bent seamless aluminium pipe.

Custom made high quality silicone hose with 4 layers of polyester/aramid reinforcement. These hose can handle very high temperature and pressure!

Always remember that the OEM intercooler pipes and hoses was designed for the power level the car was built for and a power increase or even very hard use of the car in a standard version may cause that the OEM pipes and hoses don’t have the performance you need. So only after engine software tune do88 pressure pipes will give a performance increase over the OEM pipes!

1. Pipe colon:
Two different colours of the pipe are available Black or Red. There are no performance difference between the different colours, choose which colour you think will be best for your car.

2. Hose colour:
Three different hose colours are available Blue / Black / Red. There are no performance difference between the different colours, choose which colour you think will be best for your car.

3. Intercooler:
Select which intercooler you have on your car. OEM or do88 Performance intercooler.
